The Privacy–Utility Trade-off in Brain MRI Synthesis: A Comparative Framework for Generative Models
Published in 14th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology (SOICT), 2025
This paper presents a comparative framework for evaluating generative models for brain MRI synthesis, analyzing the trade-off between data privacy and synthesis utility. The framework assesses multiple generative approaches to guide selection of appropriate models for privacy-preserving medical imaging research.
